Contacted Mike at 6:30 this morning for an emergency call. Within 30 minutes he was at our house, diagnosed and fixed the issue at a reasonable rate in under an hour. While here we spoke to him about our unit and a potential upgrade in the future. He was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. The way he treated us was as if we had been lifelong customers. We will absolutely use Mike in the future and will refer him to our family and friends.My compressor went out about three weeks ago. I called Mike's and he came out when he said he would. He was VERY honest with me. He didn't try to sell me services or products that I didn't need. He was VERY professional. He showed up when he said for both the initial diagnostic and for the condenser replacement. The price for replacement was reasonable and what was expected so I didn't bother getting other prices. The service he provided was great! It's been a couple of weeks and the system has been running like new! He was very thorough with explaining the problem we had along with the solution. He also made sure to keep us updated on things as he was working. I highly recommend him for your AC needs.Mr Mike came quickly to my rescue. He had to redo and replace parts from the ac man that put the new unit in 2 years ago. That guy never returnd our calls. Mike was pleasant and very knowlegable of our product. It took him no time to get the replacement part and to install.
